“To be different from others” is one way of describing Hauser Reisen's philosophy according to Axel Keller, Managing Director of the medium-sized bus company based in Rottweil in Baden-Württemberg. The high-quality touring coaches are stationed in various destinations for a long time. These destinations include Morocco and southern Europe in spring, northern Europe, the North and Baltic Sea as well as Great Britain and Ireland in summer, and the south again in autumn. Advent and Christmas trips are also offered in the winter months. This is also confirmed by Stefan Beck, Technical Manager at hauser.reisen. “When the passengers are on board, they immediately notice the high quality of the vehicle”, he says, describing the first contact the passengers make with the ComfortClass premium touring coaches. Stefan also emphasises other aspects that are important for hauser.reisen's travel concept and which were pivotal in the company's choice to use Setra. “We have access to Daimler Buses' spare parts and service all over the world”, he says. Stefan explains that this is important, especially when the vehicles are on the road for a longer period of time in more distant destinations such as Morocco or southern Spain, and a minor repair is not always possible from other workshops.
